There are two swimming pools for the exclusive use of residents set in manicured tropical gardens. The gardens are perfect for sunbathing with ample shaded areas.
The apartment has two roomy bedrooms, 1 twin and a double plus a light and airy lounge / diner. This in turn opens onto a large terrace which is furnished with table and chairs - to sit and enjoy the sea views. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for long term winter lets. The village of La Cala is only 10 minutes along the coast from Fuengirola and has the most perfect sandy beaches. Until recently a guarded secret by the village is in the process of being "discovered" but is being carefully protected by the town planners from over development. Attractions close by include Horse Racing at the Hipodromo, Tivoli world at Benalmadena, The Slide & Splash at Mijas and Golf in every direction. There is tennis lawn bowls and of course, every kind of water sport.
