In the very heart of the Costa del Sol and close to all amenities this two bedroom apartment is large and well furnished. There are commanding panoramic views out to sea and being South facing has sun for most of the day. There are two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom which is en suite opens via double French windows onto the terrace. The other bedroom is a twin and next door to the second bathroom.
The entire apartment is climate controlled with the latest remote control equipment making it an ideal holiday base in winter or summer. The swimming pool is for the
exclusive use of residents of this small building as is the private underground car park. The television is in English with BBC and ITV so no need to miss out on your favourite programmes while you are on holiday. Not that we think you will have much time for TV. In this area there is just so much to do and with our "Costa
Climate" you are sure to be outside most of the time.

We are of course in the middle of Golfing country with 20 international class golf courses within easy reach but the non-golfer is more than well catered for also. The club de sol tennis is only a couple of minutes up the road and lawn bowls at Miralflores resort 5 minutes to the west. There is horse riding, every water sport - just something for everyone. There are lots of good quality restaurants and bars or just relax around the pool and make the most of the sun. Whatever your choice there is no chance of you being disappointed in Calahonda.
