Marina del Este is one of the most exclusive developments on the Costa Tropical in Spain and this beautiful townhouse is just 2 minutes walk from the Marina and the beach. To say the views from the terrace were "special" would be a massive understatement. There are views into the Marina itself and beyond into the bay of Cotobro. Skirting the small and intimate Marina are some delightful little restaurants and bars which are very favourably priced and serve excellent meals. We love to sit at the waters edge on a warm summers evening with a glass of

Sangria and watch the boats come and go. The children love it here as well - the beach is so safe and never gets crowded. There is a small cafe on the beach serving traditional Spanish dishes as well as the more mundane egg and chips if required. A dive school operates from the beach with fully qualified PADI instructors if you've never tried it maybe now's your time !! .

Our apartment is very new and well furnished with a fully

fitted kitchen that has all you would need including       a washing machine.

The bedrooms are

comfortably equipped and there is a terrace/garden from the master bedroom.

This is an ideal year round location for a family holiday.

The local towns of La Herradura and Almuñecar are only a short distance by car and offer every kind of facility - apart from shopping & restaurants there is a splash park and many other family attractions including a Spanish Rastro - Marina del Este on the Costa Tropical.
