Right outside the apartment is a large open air swimming pool and tennis court for the exclusive use of guests. Although not a large resort, Caleta has a number of cafes, bars and restaurants serving good local food (especially fish and seafood) all within walking distance. In the Local area are many varied places of interest. There is mountain walking bustling shopping and market towns and every type of water sport close by. For
those seeking a busier resort town Torre del Mar is only 15 minutes walk along the promenade and here you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops and nightspots. Ever popular Nerja and Torrox are around 15 minutes drive.

Caleta de Velez is a central coastal base from which to visit the most popular sights of Andalucia. Granada and the Alhambra Palace are just over an hour away by car, with the Sierra Nevada ski resort a short drive from Granada city centre.
Malaga, with its culture, beaches and great shopping facilities, is around 30 mins drive (bus service available from Caleta to Malaga city centre).
The apartment is well furnished and maintained to a high standard. On the 3rd. floor of a small 4 storey building - it has lift and intercom. There is a Double bedroom with ample storage and sea views plus a very comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are close by.
