It nestles at the head of a valley below the Tejeda/Almijara Mountains, close to the Malaga/Granada border in the Axarquia area overlooking the Mediterranean.

There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double; bathroom, with full bath/shower; dining room; kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker/oven; a sitting room and a utility room with washing machine.
The south-facing bedroom has a balcony with views over the olive groves and in the distance one glimpses the Mediterranean. The north-facing bedroom has access to the roof terrace which has a stunning view of the Zafarraya Pass. Outside there is parking to the front, under the vine; a private patio area to the rear, with a covered sitting area; an ample sunbathing terrace adjoining the swimming pool (3m x 3m) and a small garden area. Linen and towels are provided. Gas and electricity are included, though winter clients will be required to pay for gas.
Los Pavitos is 30 minutes from the coast( Torre Del Mar) and 45 minutes from Nerja, 60 minutes from Malaga airport and 60 minutes from Granada. Skiing at Sierra Nevada 90 minutes.

The setting is rural, surrounded by olive and almond trees, with open access for walking in the surrounding hills and mountains. Within ten minutes' drive are local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
