Quiet with no neighbours above, or below, South facing so afternoon sun on the patio - cool summer breezes. Peaceful yet still close to the area's restaurants and night life. The "very private" roof terrace is just perfect for that 100% sun tan. The house has an excellent location with delightful views to the sea and mountains over the well cared for gardens to the rear of the property. There are two golf courses only a couple of minutes drive from the house - a nine hole par 3 and an 18 hole par 71.
The area is famous for it's abundance of golfing facilities. Of course there is much more than Golf, after all we are right in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Only minutes away you will find tennis, lawn bowls and of course every kind of water sport.
Also in Marbella is the world famous Yachting Marina - Puerto Banus. A "must do" while in the area, just sit at one of the harbour side cafes and watch the world go by. You may be tempted to come back for dinner in one of the many fine, romantic restaurants. We are Only 20 minutes from Malaga International Airport and will be pleased to advise on transfers or car hire. There is good parking at the house.
